PAPA – Partido Anti-Partidário Anárquico

Manifesto: transformar a presente partidocracia numa democracia.

Principio: fazer e desaparecer, ou seja, auto-extinção após ter sucesso.

Linhas de orientação:

• Desencorajar a disciplina partidária e esse tipo de tretas.
• Os partidos devem funcionar com bases democráticas, como por exemplo eleições directas para os cargos partidários.
• Dissociar a politica do executivo - instituições fortes e profissionais de instituições dissociados da politica.
• Poder descentralizado - o poder está no individuo.
• Auto-organização baseada num sistema governado por duas ou três regras simples.
• Permitir e encorajar candidaturas para todos os cargos eleitos de cidadãos não associados aos partidos.
• Transparência e disponibilização da informação de forma voluntária.

Penso que as democracias mais bem sucedidas são aquelas em que os cidadãos se sentem envolvidos nos processos de decisão política e que depois podem monitorizar e controlar a execução através de acesso livre e fácil à informação. Penso também que o estado deve ser o menos possível executor e mais regulador.
