Tweet a video idea

It would be nice to have a video app for tweeter, so that when you want to tweet in video instead of by picture or by 140 message text you could just place a tweet with a special purpose client, it would fire a video recording, record it, check it up (optionally) and hit the tweet button. It would publish the video in the video hosting site of your preference and, when finished, it would tweet a special purpose message it tweeter that the client would understand and so would the clients of your followers.

This could be made available for nothing in Mac, Linux and Windows, but, you could sell its clients as Smartphones' apps.
